Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, D·Diary version and build number, and a short description of the issue. Steps to reproduce the problem and screenshots with private information removed are helpful. Do not send your Apple Account password, payment details, or private journal entries.
Create a Life Coordinate for a meaningful date, then add journal entries to record the days before and after that milestone.
Check that your devices use the same Apple Account, that iCloud is enabled for D·Diary, and that you have available iCloud storage and an internet connection. Allow time for synchronization. Before deleting the app or changing iCloud data, export a backup of important memories.
Open the D·Diary Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Availability of Pro plans depends on the current app release and storefront.
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple Account name, then Subscriptions. Select D·Diary to view or cancel an active subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles purchases and billing.
Use the app’s delete controls for entries and Life Coordinates. Keep backups of anything you want to retain. Exported copies must be managed separately; removing the app does not necessarily remove data stored in iCloud.
